The Hardest Working Guy in the Gig Economy
One of the most fascinating stories Reilly shares is about Ricky Meissner, who supported his PGA Tour expenses with an unusual side hustle: bank robbing. When he failed to qualify to play a game on tour, he’d drive around town looking for a bank to rob so he could pay his motel bill. He’d put fake plates on his van, dye his hair black, glue on a mustache, and hit the bank before driving on to wherever the tour was headed the following week.
