Buffett began thinking about business at a very young age. When he was just six years old, he made the first few cents he ever earned from selling packs of chewing gum. Even then, he showed an unyielding attitude toward his customers that would foreshadow the style of business for which he would become known. By the time Buffett graduated high school, he was convinced he would work on Wall Street. Under his picture in the yearbook, he labeled himself a “future stockbroker.”
