Learn to live with less

The hot bar at Whole Foods did not exist for most of human history. For the longest time, food was scarce and not particularly appetizing. Counter the Cravings

The best thing you can do for your diet is to cut down on processed foods. These foods encourage overeating due to their high-calorie concentration and quick consumption time.
